What SunUp is: a finder that shows golf-course information and links to third-party booking sites. SunUp is not the seller of any tee time.
Prices and availability are not guaranteed. Prices shown are estimates or starting prices from SunUp's research. The booking site's price and availability at checkout are authoritative. If a price differs, the booking site wins.
No booking happens on SunUp. Reservations, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled entirely by the third-party booking site or the course. SunUp has no role in the transaction and is not a party to it.
Course information: SunUp works to keep course details accurate but does not guarantee them. Courses control their own tee sheets and policies.
Acceptable use: No scraping, no automated bulk access, no attempts to disrupt the site.
No warranties: This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SunUp is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or any booking made through a linked third-party site.
Changes: Updates to these terms will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
