Find a tee time that fits your day.

Plan your round

Distances are approximate, from your location to the course town or address on file. Live tee sheets live on each course’s booking platform — this finder gets you to the right one in one tap.

How “available” works in SunUp Beta: each card checks your date against the course’s verified booking window. Booking open means the date is inside the window today; Opens … tells you the morning to pounce. Booking cross-check (Oct 11, 2026): 69 courses that had no booking link were re-checked against the Chronogolf Utah directory (114 clubs), foreUP, GolfNow, MemberSports, and course sites — 68 book online (56 via Chronogolf alone) and only 1 of the 69 is truly phone / walk-up only: Central Valley (Salt Lake City — walk-up, no tee times required). Thanksgiving Point (Lehi), Mulligan’s (South Jordan), and Skyway (Tremonton) book online via foreUP; TalonsCove (Saratoga Springs) books via MemberSports. The Outlaw at Hideout Canyon books online via Chronogolf, and Sunset View (Delta) books online via RapidTee. “Call for a time” turned out to be rare, not the norm. (Separately, Golf the Round in South Salt Lake was already listed as walk-up only in the original directory and was not part of this batch.) A handful of courses outside that batch still show Booking link checking until their platform link is verified.

How it works

How booking works

SunUp finds the tee time that fits your day; the course’s own booking site completes it. Tap a course’s booking button and you’ll land on that course’s booking platform (Chronogolf, foreUP, TenFore, MemberSports, or the course’s own system), where you pick the exact tee time, enter your name, and pay. Your selected date, time window, and player count are shown in the “Your booking” strip above — re-enter these on the booking site, since most platforms start you on their own defaults.

What “walking only” means

“Walking only” means no riding cart is available or permitted for that round — you carry your bag or use a push cart and walk the course. Some courses allow walking but restrict carts on certain days or in wet conditions; each card’s walking/cart line tells you what’s known, and anything unconfirmed says to confirm on the booking site.

What’s typically included in the price

The price on a card is typically the greens fee — the cost of playing the round itself. A riding cart is often extra unless the card’s includes line says otherwise, and range balls, rentals, and lessons are usually separate. Each card carries its own “Includes:” line so you can see what that course’s price covers.

Cancellation terms

Cancellation terms vary by course — there is no single SunUp-wide policy. Each card shows that course’s cancellation terms where they’ve been verified; where they haven’t, the card says “Cancellation terms: see booking site,” and the booking site’s terms govern your reservation.

Glossary

Tee sheet
The course’s schedule of tee times for a day — the list of start times and the groups booked into each one. Booking a tee time means claiming a slot on the tee sheet.
Twilight
A discounted rate for late-afternoon tee times, priced lower because you may not finish all 18 holes before dark.
Dynamic pricing
Prices that change with demand — peak weekend mornings cost more, quieter times cost less, much like airline fares.
Booking window
How far ahead a course opens its tee sheet — for example, a 7-day window means tee times become bookable seven days before the day you want to play.
Riding rate
The price for a round with a motorized cart included or added — you ride between shots instead of walking.
Walking rate
The price for a round played on foot, without a cart. It’s usually the lowest rate a course offers.
Shotgun start
A format, common for tournaments and outings, where every group starts at the same time from a different hole, so everyone finishes together.

One SunUp, built to add more areas

Utah and Memphis now live in the same directory, search flow, and booking experience. Each new market can join as another area here instead of becoming a separate app. The 1.0 path keeps this interface, adds live tee-sheet availability through booking platforms, saved searches, and alerts for when a watched window opens.
